We just had to do a minimal amount of work. We honestly could not have sold our house on a short sale without Kim’s expertise. I had to call her on numerous occasions and she always answered her phone and helped me with whatever dumb thing I needed help with. She was always kind and courteous, and whenever we needed anything she was there for us, and that meant a lot to us. If in the future we would need help buying a home, she is whom we would call.
